Buffered Vitamin C Sodium ascorbate, otherwise known as Vitamin C or ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin and antioxidant. It is non-bitter, non-acidic, fully reacted, buffered vitamin C. It is GMO-free. The human body doesn’t produce its own vitamin C; it gets it from food and other sources. As a dietary supplement, mix 1/4 teaspoon or more into a glass of juice or water. Take with or without meals, or as directed by a licensed health care professional.
