Directions:
- Adults: Take 30ml (2 tablespoons) per day. For people with a sensitive gut, start off at 5ml per day and increase gradually.
- For people with a sensitive gut we also have Rawbiotics Gut Repair.
- Kids: Take Rawbiotics Kids.
- Can be taken at any time of the day, with or without food.
