In days gone by, people got their gelatin regularly from bone broth which hardly anyone bothers to make anymore.  So, shouldn’t we take it?  There are so many benefits to taking it. Gelatin is basically a cooked form of collagen (which you can use instead if you wish) – gelatin “gels” so you can make jelly and terrines etc so it’s great in baking/cooking, but collagen doesn’t gel.
