Silna Thomas
MANAGER
Silna has over 20 years of experience in the Health Industry. When she moved from Cape Town in 2008 she started working for Pieter “Mossie” and Susan Carstens at Waterstone Pharmacy.
When they decided to open a Health Shop next to Heldervue Pharmacy Silna moved across and back into her preferred zone of Natural Health. When the opportunity arose to move the shop to Waterstone it was an easy decision to make.
Waterstone Health Shop opened in 2010 and Silna has been the Manager ever since.
Louise Lund
HEALTH CONSULTANT
Louise has been a health consultant at Waterstone Health Shop for 8 years. She likes interacting with customers. Louise is quite good at determining what a customers’ needs are and recommending the best product that suits them. It gives her great pleasure to see a happy customer.
Louise has a brother and a sister. She stays on a vineyard farm outside Somerset West. Her perfect day off is with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, knitting her favourite pattern and watching Netflix. Louise is an introvert with a big heart for the elderly and children. She is always willing to help someone in need.
Patricia Lee
HEALTH CONSULTANT
Patrica started working at Waterstone Health Shop in November 2020.
Patricia has been working in the pharmacy industry for 30+ years. She is always open to new challenges.
When joining the Waterstone Health Shop team, it was a whole new ball game for her, as she had to learn to help customers, which was different to her role at the pharmacy.
Thanks to the training that she had from the Waterstone Health Shop team, this helped her to learn in-depth information about the products. Patricia learns something new every day and continues to learn new things. She enjoys helping customers and loves her job.
Ruben-Garth Du Plessis
HEALTH CONSULTANT
Reuben started as a Sports equipment sales person.
He worked his way into becoming a Supplement and Nutritional advisor for a well renowned supplement brand.
Reuben has been in the pharmacy for 5 years and made his way in to the health store industry for the last 3 years, racking up 11 years of sales experience.
Reuben is well known for his personality, customer service and people skills.
As a Health and Fitness enthusiast, his always improving his knowledge and skills.
