Crede Flax Oil

Cold pressed flax seed oil is made from the seeds of the flax plant. The seeds are cold pressed to ensure that the temperature sensitive poly unsaturated fats (Omega 3 & 6) are preserved. Flax seed oil has a distinctive nutty taste and aroma.  The oil is best kept in fridge or in a cool space away from light, in order to preserve the healthy fatty acids.
