Description
The wild rose-bush is indigenous to parts of Ukhlamba Highlands, close to the Drakensberg. The intensely red coloured fruits of this native bush are harvested for their seeds, from which Rose Hip oil is extracted by steam distillation. Rose Hip oil has amazing regenerative properties, with high levels of vitamin A and essential fatty acids, and is often used to treat scars, reduce wrinkles and the signs of premature aging that is often as a result of sun damage.
